Taudd represents clients in contested administrative appeals before hearing examiners, city and county councils, state administrative boards and handles appeals in state and federal courts. Taudd's legal representations include all types of land use and environmental litigation, including appeals of permits and approvals, challenges to regulatory authorities, and defending against permit violations. He also advises municipal clients in drafting GMA-required development regulations and land use ordinances; and provides development advice on projects involving planning, permitting, storm water, and water rights.
