Her practice includes the following types of matters: environmental and planning issues involving land use; permitting and land use approvals such as shoreline permits, conditional use permits, rezones, comprehensive plan amendments, variances and subdivision; representation of clients before governmental bodies, commissions and the courts; and real estate matters including leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, covenants and boundary disputes.
Ms. Bjordahl was previously a shareholder with the firm of Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport & Toole PS in Spokane. Before joining Witherspoon Kelley, Ms. Bjordahl worked as a land use planner for Spokane County from 1992 to 2000.
