Rob's practice focuses on general business matters. He advises small to medium-sized businesses on startup formation and operations (corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships), finance (Securities; M&A; Tax; Franchising; Economic Development Incentives; Bank & VC Financing) and commercial transactions. Rob also has experience in real estate and estate planning matters.

Stacy A. Bjordahl

Ms. Bjordahl practices in the areas of land use, real estate, and  environmental law.  She graduated, magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2001.  Ms. Bjordahl is an adjunct professor at Gonzaga University School of Law, where she teaches Zoning and Land Use.  She is also an elected member of the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Association Environmental and Land Use Section.

Ms. Bjordahl was previously a shareholder with the firm of Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport & Toole PS in Spokane.  Before joining Witherspoon Kelley, Ms. Bjordahl worked as a land use planner for Spokane County from 1992 to 2000.
